This is a no-contact league. No tackling, blocking, stiff-arming or physical contact of any kind is allowed. Penalties for contact will be enforced.
Rules unique to Upward Flag Football will be provided in the Parent’s Guide to Upward Flag Football. This information sheet will be provided when your child receives their uniform.
The colors for Upward Flag Football for the 09-10 season are purple and yellow, similar to the color scheme used by the Minnesota Vikings.
